In 2009, Chad H Capitosti founded Augusta Land Management LLC with a singular objective: to provide a service that not only brought personal fulfillment but also left a lasting, dedicated footprint.

Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an aversion to the daily desk-bound roles, Chad chose a career in Federal Contract Management of diverse Military Land Mangement Programs across the East Coast. During the subsequent seven years, he seized the opportunity to impart his ground-up approach, blending hands-on experience with administrative prowess in program development and funding as well as in field operations.

In 2017, Augusta Land Management took its leap of faith, solidifying its position in the Site Development industry and quickly became known as its Recognized ALM Designation.

In 2019, Chad was joined by his Brother Brad Capitosti to strengthen their bond and dedication to serving various project locations. Brad stemming from a highly decorated career in law enforcement would prove to demonstrate a personable approach that has been integral to Business Development and Daily Project execution

As the next few years would quickly prove, ALM would rely heavily on It’s ability to create what has become a successful family-built company outreaching within the local community and leaving lasting imprints of several Federal Military Installations across the East Coast year after year through high value project execution and trust.
